2 days, no eating of chilli and those spicy stuff please. Ulcers really suck at times like this. Drink lots of water okay, sleep early too. Get your rest too, you don't hafta be on the instrument the entire time, fingering is good enough. Lips, too important, play too long will feel loose loose right. Yes, prevent that please.
